Ciri has almost no recollection of his early childhood. His memories begin at the gates of Ishgard, how the cold wore away at his bones until he was as still as the statues lining the church. Forever grateful to the sister's who took them in, it had always been Ciri and Jev together from the start. Ciri, always the quiet one, the weaker one, let Jev do the talking. Ciri was more then content to stay quiet and observe, let the words come to him.He wouldn't have minded staying in Ishgard, feeling a sense of obligation to the nation that provided him a home, if it wasn't for Jev refusing to stay. In a sense, it saved Ciri from a life of servitude to a nation that never understood him. Though adventure was never quite his calling, as long as he was withi his brother, he would survive.
Healing is almost a second nature to the young man. He needs to be useful, and what better way then to save lives? Jev was a great foot in the door, Ciri picking up Conjurery from their time in Gridania. He has no problem healing anyone who asks, even at a detriment to his own health.Ciri's compassionate heart is both his greatest asset and his undoing. A kind and sensitive soul, he connects to people greatly. Shy to approach others, he observes first and foremost, memorizing their speech patterns, movements, what they like to eat, etc. He hardly every approaches other first, his shyness comes off as aloofness but make no mistake, he craves a connection with you.Of course, that also leads to being taken advantage of. He won't complain at being given degrading jobs, he's happy to help. Need something done but have no gil? Ciri hears that jingling in your pocket, but he'll help you anyway with a genuine smile on his face. He'd like if you'd say thank you at least-oh, you've left? No worries, he's sure it just slipped your mind.Jev often stands up for him, so it's best to use him when he isn't around, lest you want to be a bloody heap on the floor.
